ChatNova — a product of NueraTech LLC · Updated 28 July 2026

ChatNova is an AI customer-communication platform operated by NueraTech LLC (Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia). It lets a business connect its own Facebook Page and Instagram Professional account so that customer messages can be answered automatically.

In one sentence: we process message content only to answer that message, we never sell data, and any person can have their data deleted immediately at chatnova.mn/data-deletion.

1. Data we receive from Meta

When a business connects its Page through Facebook Login for Business, we receive only what is needed to reply to its customers:

What we do NOT collect

We do not request or store the personal Facebook profile, friend list, photos or email of message senders.
We do not use Meta data for advertising, profiling or training any AI model.
We do not sell, rent or share Meta data with data brokers.

2. How message content is processed

When a customer sends a message, the text is compared against the connected business's own knowledge base. If a relevant answer exists, the message text and that knowledge excerpt are sent to a large-language-model provider to compose a reply. If nothing relevant exists, no model is called at all and the bot politely declines.

Current sub-processor: Anthropic (Claude API). Providers may change; the current list is always available on request at batkhuyag@nueratech.mn. Message content is sent for the sole purpose of composing that one reply. It is not used to train models.

3. Storage and retention

Data is stored on Supabase (PostgreSQL) and processed on Replit.
Page and Instagram access tokens are encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM. They are never exposed to any browser.
Conversations and orders are retained while the business remains a customer, and deleted within 30 days of account closure.
All traffic is over HTTPS. Webhook payloads are verified with x-hub-signature-256.

4. Data deletion

Any person may request deletion at any time:

Self-service: chatnova.mn/data-deletion
Through Facebook: Settings & Privacy → Settings → Apps and Websites → remove NueraTech AI Assistant. Meta notifies us automatically and we erase the person's data, returning a confirmation code and status URL.
By email: batkhuyag@nueratech.mn — answered within 30 days.

Deletion removes conversations, messages, orders, payment records, call records and the customer profile. It is permanent.

5. Payments

Payments are processed by QPay LLC. Money goes directly to the connected business's bank account. ChatNova never holds funds and never stores card numbers.

6. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and you may object to processing. Contact the address below; we respond within 30 days.

7. Changes

Material changes will be announced on this page with an updated date. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
